SUAVECITOS      Two soft homemade flour  tortillas with ground beef or ranch chicken with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.

CHEESE ENCHILADAS   Two Cheddar cheese or chili meat gravy.

RANCH CHICKEN ENCHILADAS   Two Shredded  & dark chicken meat, melted Chihuahua cheese with chili meat gravy.

GROUND BEEF ENCHILADAS      Ground beef & cheddar cheese & chili meat gravy.

LAS COTORRAS (3 enchiladas)      One ground beef, one ranch chicken & one cheese enchilada with chili meat gravy, onions, sour cream & guacamole

CHIMICHANGA      Fried jumbo turnover stuffed with ground beef or ranch chicken, topped with jalapeno bacon ranchero sauce, cheddar & jack cheese & onions. With beef or chicken  fajita meat. (sour cream with chicken meat only)

TOSTADAS     Two fried corn tortillas with Ground beef, ranch chicken or beans , cheese, lettuce , tomato, guacamole & sour cream topping. With cheese or chicken fajita meat.

EDUARDO’S  SPECIAL  Crispy ground beef taco, cheese enchilada with chili meat gravy, ranch chicken flauta, bean tostada, sour cream & guacamole topping.

FLAUTAS DE POLLO  Two rolled deep fried corn tortillas with shredded ranch chicken, sour cream & guacamole topping.

BURRITOS  One jumbo flour tortilla, stuffed with ground beef of ranch chicken, beans, chili meat gravy, chile con queso & onions. (sour cream with chicken meat only) Beef or chicken fajita meat. (served with guacamole)

QUESADILLAS*     Flour tortillas melted Jack & Chihuahua cheese. Served with sour cream, pico de gallo. Chicken , beef or combo beef.            

LAS FAJITAS 6 oz of meat cooked on real mesquite charcoal, served with rice, refried or charra beans, grilled onions, Pico de gallo, guacamole topping & three homemade flour tortillas.

TACOS AL CARBON       Chicken, beef or pork fajita meat.  Served with flour tortillas, rice, beans Pico de gallo & guacamole topping.

TACOS COCHINITA   Two corn tortillas stuffed with seasoned shredded pork, habanero red onions and real hot sauce. Served with rice, black beans and fried plantain.

TACOS AL PASTOR    Two corn tortillas with pork fajita meat, grilled pineapple, chopped cilantro, onions and red hot sauce on the side, rice and charra bean soup.

TACO SALAD*   Mixed salad, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, lemon, olives, shredded cheese & chile con queso topping Ground beef or ranch chicken. Beef, chicken or combo fajita.         

TAMALES    Two homemade jumbo tamales with shredded pork meat, chili meat gravy melted cheddar & Chihuahua cheese. Served with rice, charra or refried beans, red cabbage, lettuceand tomato garnish.

FISH OR SHRIMP TACOS*  Served with salad, sliced avocado & charra beans. Fried or grilled snapper filet. Sautéed shrimp with onions and bell peppers.
